Tuna prices in Japan have increased recently, and demand for fish is high as winter grips Japan. As much as 63 percent of Indonesia’s tuna exports to Japan comes from the ports of Bali.

The actions of the potentially life saving anti-rabies serum in Bali is reported that in vacuum, including the main hospital in Bali, Sanglah.

The serum was administered only if a dog has bitten a person suspected of high-risk areas of the body where the normal rabies vaccine treatment is insufficient. He explained that the serum is very expensive and expire quickly, so that the government buys large quantities of it. A serum vial costs 1.2 million rupees, and a patient may need up to three ampoules.

The Department of Meteorology (BKMG) is monitoring a low pressure area that could become a tropical cyclone.

According to the agency, Bali and Nusa Tenggara could be facing heavy rain with storm.

“Bali Nusa Tenggara and regions would be affected if the seeds of a tropical cyclone in the Timor Sea into a cyclone. This area gets a lot of rain,” said tropical cyclone BMKG Radjab Fachri expert.

According to the Department of Meteorology, heavy rains could persist throughout the region accompanied by high seas in the coming days.

Provincial Government of Bali will distribute 534,000 Bali Mandara (E-JKBM) which is electronic health insurance cards in early 2012, The card can be used for medical checks or Hospitalization. One of the conditions of its use Is that the cardholders accept generic drugs and be treated to Class III facilities the card can be used by families living in Bali who have no other form of insurance.
The health department is currently installing the card reading machines in all 114 government health centers across Bali.
Maternity treatment for normal deliveries and caesarean will be free. Cards can be used by all card carrying members of the family are eligible.

Nusa Dua-Benoa toll road to be constructed soon

Based on data from the provincial government of Bali, these 82 villages in Bali is still included in the category of poor villages. Where the 82 villages poverty are above 35 percent.
As quoted by beritabali, Bali’s governor Made Mangku Pastika reveals there are many indicators to measure in determining of the village who still fall into the category of poor villages. In addition to its poverty rate above 35 percent, the villages are declared poor because their income levels are very low.

Bali it self is in second position of the list “Surrounded by the warm water of the Indian Ocean, Bali is one of 17,500 islands in the archipelago of Indonesia,” says the BBC Travel.
